3: Choose your font Traditional Eyebright inn signs use the font Geneva Heavy. Whatever your pub or inn name, you can choose the actual font (sometimes called a typeface) that your pub name will be
written in. If you have used a specific font on menus or T-shirts, Nick Hallard will use it for your sign writing if requested. Click here for more information on finding fonts on your PC and sending them via email. Some
examples of fonts used in the past are listed below, but expect a range of fonts on your proofs which are specific to your requested theme: NB: all copyright lies with the copyright holders of the following fonts: Sign writing is charged per letter. The size of the lettering makes no difference to cost, but these prices only apply to
lettering on pictorial signs 3ft x 4ft or smaller. The simplest letters shown above (Alberta, Prudential) will cost £1 per
letter to sign write. The most complex (Excalibur, John Hancock) will cost no more than £2.50 per letter. Customer
supplied fonts may cost up to £3 per letter. This self-estimate guide is for double-sided signs, therefore the number of letters should be doubled when working out your estimate.  |
